Statement Regarding COVID-19
Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, our number-one priority is the health and safety of our clients, employees, and partners. To that end, our employees strive to be in compliance with the latest state and local health orders and strictly adhere to the CDC’s social distancing and masking guidelines.
Therefore, we kindly request that all parties wear masks at all times (masks can be provided on an as-needed basis) and offer telephone and virtual consultations upon request. As always, we also work hard to provide personalized service and are happy to make reasonable accommodations to meet client needs.
We also use electronic documentation for all paperwork unless the client is more comfortable meeting in person. An agent or staff member from our office will coordinate all paperwork on a per-client basis.
Please note that to ensure the safety of all clients, property owners, agents, employees, and partners, we are not currently holding open houses. Updates will be provided when this policy changes in the future.
To ensure the safety of all parties during showings, we are only offering private showings at this time (no open houses), and only buyers and their Realtor will be allowed to attend the showing.
All visitors will be required to wear a mask and remove their shoes before entering the home (masks will be made available to those who do not have their own). The seller will be asked to keep the lights on and the inside doors ajar to avoid the need for agents or buyers to touch switches or door handles. Upon leaving the home, hand sanitizer will be provided for all parties.
