In May 2022, she started on an exciting journey by joining Lori Dibbs & Associates, LLC as a marketing intern. As a dedicated intern, she has actively contributed to various marketing campaigns and projects, gaining invaluable hands-on experience in areas such as market research, social media management, and content creation.

At school, Courtney is a Resident Assistant (RA). This experience has fostered her leadership and teamwork skills, allowing her to effectively collaborate with groups of individuals. As Courtney enters her senior year, she is excited to leverage her academics, internship experience, and passion for marketing to make a significant impact in the field.
