In June of 2020, Lori opened Lori Dibbs & Associates leveraging her extensive experience to establish a business 17 years in the making. With her dedication, Lori has transformed her passion for helping people navigate the complex world of real estate into a satisfying career, assisting buyers, sellers, and investors with their unique needs.
To Lori, real estate is not just about searching listings, submitting offers, and signing contracts—it's an emotional and deeply personal experience. Lori has been married to her husband, Rick, for 32 years, and together they have raised two remarkable adult children. In her spare time, you may find her biking along scenic trails, indulging in some retail therapy, or engaging in volunteer work to give back to her community. In addition, Lori and Rick share a mutual love for home renovations, both at home and for the investment properties they manage, channeling their creativity and expertise into transforming spaces. As experienced landlords, they understand the benefit of owning an investment property.

Ambria Otto, Intern
Ambria Otto is the newest addition to the office, and she’s already making a lasting impression! As the Office Assistant at Lori Dibbs & Associates, Ambria brings a rare combination of focus, drive, and a fresh perspective that energizes the team and elevates daily operations. Her attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and eagerness to learn make her a natural fit in the fast-paced world of real estate.
Currently a senior at Kimberly High School, Ambria is on track to graduate early—a testament to her ambition and work ethic. In addition to her academic achievements, she’s actively pursuing her real estate license, demonstrating a clear commitment to growing within the industry and supporting clients and agents with confidence and care.
Outside the office, Ambria is all about balance and connection. She enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, exploring nature through hiking, hunting for treasures while thrifting, and treating herself to a fun coffee (bonus points if it’s seasonal!). Her positive energy, curiosity, and grounded presence make her not only a joy to work with but also someone who uplifts those around her.
