Job Title: Part-Time Real Estate Administrative Assistant (In-Person)
Hours: 15 hours/week, Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Location: 516 East Wisconsin Avenue, Appleton, WI

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the team to maintain client mailing lists, including birthdays and anniversaries, and prepare monthly/quarterly/annual mailings that keep our clients engaged and excited
Build and nurture relationships with vendors for promotional products and support team efforts to deliver exceptional client experiences - Be the go-to person for preparing and sending out client emails, ensuring we stay connected with our clients in meaningful ways
- Collaborate with the team to maintain office and lockbox inventory, ensuring seamless office operations
- Help keep our office organized by maintaining Lori’s contact lists, updating client reviews/testimonials, and assembling buyer/seller folders
- Keep our team on track by managing checklists, spreadsheets, and tracking important dates and deadlines
- Maintain our tenant lease calendar and inventory apartments between tenants, helping to streamline operations
- Join weekly team meetings, share ideas, and stay connected as an essential part of our success

Requirements:
- A team player with a professional, positive attitude who loves collaboration
- Strong communicator with a passion for working with others
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks while staying on top of deadlines
- Proactive, with the ability to take initiative, accept feedback, and work independently when needed
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.)
- Willingness to grow alongside the team, contribute ideas, and share in our vision for success.
