What Could $50 Do For You?

Did you know that there exists an organization right here in the Fox Valley that seeks to find
answers to that very question?

The Fox West 50 is a branch of the Fox West Chamber of Commerce, founded by Sean Tiernan, who
knew a good idea when he stole it. 🙂 He had the idea of getting a group of community members
together once every three months. They were not required to be members of the Fox West
Chamber. The only requirement…the willingness to change a life.

Founded in 2020, when several community organizations were in desperate need of assistance, the
Fox West 50 stepped up.

Every three months, these 50+ individuals get together to listen to two organizations present on
this question…What could $50 do for you?

Every three months, the Fox West 50 gives away between $2,000 and $3,000 to deserving
organizations.

Beyond the giving, the organization also makes sure that community organizations gain valuable
exposure to help them grow and succeed. They do so by showcasing those community
organizations on their Facebook page.

So, who do they give to?
Youth Organizations
Local Non-Profits.
Business Start-Ups.

The Fox West 50 committee, led by Tyler Salmeri, receives applications from these organizations
and brings the two finalists to the Quarterly Giving Meeting. The recipient receives $50 from each of
the Fox West 50 members right then and there.

The Fox West 50 is currently seeking new members to join their great group of philanthropists.
Your commitment of $50, four times per year, means the world to these organizations.
